Communication
Monthly Lesson Summaries will be emailed to you, so that you can keep up with all of the fun your child is having. Your coaches’ bio. will also be emailed to you before your subscription kicks off. Prizes and Updates
Prizes are sent home throughout the year. Photos will be emailed monthly when possible. Please reach out at any time for updates on your child’s progress!
Coaches
All coaches are thoroughly trained and have their NC teaching background check. Your child is scheduled to have the same coach each week; however, there may be a situation where we need to send a substitute coach. If this does happen, we will email you ahead of time.
What do I need?
Our coaches will provide all of the needed soccer equipment for your child to participate. Please dress your child in closed toe shoes - No cleats or shin guards are needed. It is encouraged for your child to wear their Super Start jersey each week, but not required.
Enrollment Fee
A $20 non-refundable enrollment fee is owed once a year. Each time the enrollment fee is paid, your child will receive a new jersey.
Jersey
Your child should receive their jersey their first lesson to be put in their cubby or book bag to take home that day. If you enrolled your child within the same week of their first lesson, this may cause a delay, and your child's jersey should be sent home with them by their second lesson.
Cancellations
If for any reason a lesson needs to be cancelled, we will send out an email to notify all families and let you know what our make-up plan will be. Depending on the situation, we will try to add 15-minutes onto 2-weeks of lessons to make-up for the missed half hour, or schedule a make-up day. We have 52 scheduled lessons a year, but are only charging for 48. Due to this we may miss up to 4 lessons throughout the year without a make-up plan.
Refunds
If you’d like to withdrawal from your subscription at anytime please reach out by phone or email and we will take care of stopping your subscription.
Parent Participation / Ratio
Attending a lesson that your child is enrolled in is at your school's discretion. Please reach out to your child’s school if you wish to attend a lesson. We ask you to remain off of the field during your child’s lesson.
For our 2 year old groups, the ratio is 6 to 1. For ages 3+ the ratio is 10 to 1.
